You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Not a custom or made-to-order product (e.g., bespoke carpets), which are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for eligible U.S. returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt to confirm eligibility.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • For defective items, we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

For exchanges, contact us to confirm availability of the desired item. We’ll provide a prepaid label for eligible U.S. exchanges; international customers cover return shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, clearance items, and rug accessories (e.g., pads, cleaners) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at info@alfonsowealthly.top with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
